Welcome to PandaFamily Hub, operated by PandaMind L.L.C-FZ ("PandaFamily Hub", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PandaFamily Hub mobile application or web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

PandaFamily Hub is a family activity management platform that helps parents organize, schedule, and track their children's extracurricular activities, lessons, and appointments with service providers (coaches, tutors, therapists, etc.).

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content and data you enter into the platform.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• You are responsible for ensuring that information about family members is accurate.

5. Service Provider Relationships

PandaFamily Hub facilitates connections between families and service providers. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a service provider. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers on the platform.

6. Payment & Billing

Payment tracking within PandaFamily Hub is a record-keeping tool between you and your service providers. PandaFamily Hub does not process payments directly. All financial arrangements are between you and your service provider.

7. Intellectual Property

The PandaFamily Hub platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PandaFamily Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes involving PandaMind L.L.C-FZ shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
